Plant manager - Chemglas

We are present in the glass, metallurgical, food and household chemicals industries.

Your responsibilities:

Managing the production and warehouse area,
Conducting constant analysis and optimization of processes in the entrusted department,
Managing, planning and organizing the work of subordinate employees,
Cooperation with other departments of the company in the scope of performed tasks

Our expectations:

Secondary education (technical education is welcome),
Experience in working in a similar position,
Ability to think analytically, solve problems and communicate information clearly,
Ability to work under time pressure,
Knowledge of health and safety standards and environmental protection,
Knowledge of English or German will be an advantage.
