Sales department assistant

Your resposibilities:

Day-to-day office service: assistance in organizing internal and external meetings,
welcoming guests,
servicing contractors in accordance with the company’s standards,
Participation in handling after-sales processes,
Ensuring proper document flow in the office,
Taking care of the company’s image: the aesthetics of the secretariat’s position and the conference room

Our expectations:

Extramural student status,
The ability to easily establish and maintain contacts,
Orientation to external and internal customers,
Good manners,
Very good work organization,
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Very good knowledge of English,
Scrupulousness and accuracy in carrying out tasks
